@comcastcares Feedback to Tom got someone on it. Service was deprovisioned, no one knows when or why. Unhappy with service but it works.

@united can’t tell you how many times in the past a gate agent has put me on an earlier flight w/o fee. Pretty certain wasn’t on United tho
@united $75 is silly, pure profit. No work involved to flip a couple bits. Just another anti-customer policy, makes easier 2 fly competitors

Record airline profits, @united wants $200 to sit on an earlier flight w empty seats. I’d rather spend $200 at bar, at least I get $ worth.
